Field Dress Code

  • Black or Khaki Pants / Dark Jeans  (no rips, not hanging below your bottom)

  • Company-Branded Shirt  (or Plain Black Shirt) (no logos, no rips)

  • Closed-toe shoes

  • ID Badge

The above dress code applies to most teams, however, it's best to check in with your manager on specific dress codes for your team. Whenever you are representing any one of our "Teams", you are expected to present a clean, neat and professional appearance. You should dress and groom yourself according to the accepted social standards for business.

Most managers will reach out to get your shirt size for the shirt and ID badge order form, or you can be one step ahead of us and reach out to your manager. After 3 shifts, you will be sent a company t-shirt(s) depending on which "team" you're on. This could take some time, so we appreciate your patience with this. In the future, if you would like to order more shirts, you can do so by clicking on the shirt order form button. You will not be able to order shirts, unless you are actively working and have already received your free shirt(s).

After you receive your free shirts, and are actively working, you can purchase new ones. If you are actively working and have been here for more than 30 days, please email your manager. Not sure who your manager is? Email hr@channelpartners.com for assistance.

There may be times that the dress code is dictated by the client or customer. Some examples of those restrictions are no hoop earrings, no visible piercings other than earrings, no jeans, etc. In those situations, prior to the job's start date, you'll be advised of the restrictions or requirements.

Please wear a plain black t-shirt with no logo or graphics until your official company branded shirts arrive.
