We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new TEAMS Champion Awards Program — a special way to recognize the outstanding individuals who bring our core values to life every day.

A TEAMS Champion nominee is someone who consistently goes above and beyond in their role and demonstrates one of our five core values:

• Empowerment

• Accountability

• Mastery

• Simplicity​

Employees will be nominated by their manager through an online form for exceptional efforts that align with these values. Winners will be celebrated through multiple company-wide communication channels.

Award Details:

• First-time winners will receive a TEAMS Champion lanyard and a custom award pin featuring the core value they exemplified.

• Employees who earn all five core value pins will officially achieve TEAMS Master status — a high and prestigious honor within our organization.
